Command   
          ADISPO’s Commander holds the rank of Major General or Rear Admiral and the Deputy Commander the rank of Brigadier General or Commodore.  The Administration duties are implemented by the Educational and Training Council, the Directorate of Studies and the Logistics and Technical Support Division.

The Educational and Trainig Council

The Educational and Training Council is a collective body assigned to advise the Commander and to propose or decide upon all educational matters. Depending on its composition differs:

      The Educational and Training Council, chaired by Commander

      The Educational and Training Council, chaired by the Director of Studies

Directorate of Studies

The Director of studies holds the rank of Brigadier General or Commodore and is responsible for all issues concerning training and education. He directs and coordinates the organization, preparation, implementation and monitoring of all training activities. The Directorate comprises of :

       The 4 training sectors of education

       The training section

       The studies & research section

       The informatics section

Logistics and Technical Support Division

       The Head of the Division is responsible for all support issues related to Personnel, Security, Iinfrastructure, Public Relations,  and Administrative and Secretarial Support.
